Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item[s] within 14 days of delivery.

Special orders from custom fabrics, materials, or colors are non-returnable. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. Returned items must be in original packing material.

All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item[s] of equal or greater value, or store credit is requested.

Round trip shipping charges will still apply.
Returns are only accepted in their original packing material and should be unassembled. Once an item[s] has been assembled, it is no longer returnable.

Cancellation Policy

An order may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the shipping
date. Exceptions are special orders, orders that have been shipped, or will be shipped with less than 48 hours from your cancellation request. A cancellation number will be assigned by Klausart Design. You must provide this cancellation number in the event of any discrepancy. Only orders with a valid cancellation number will be subject to our full return policy. Special orders are considered to be products made in a non stock color or material or custom designed. Special orders can not be cancelled and special orders are non refundable.

Warranty

All products come with a 1 year standard warranty against manufacturers defect.

Warranty becomes effective at date and time of delivery.
